How I Work With Schools
A closer look at the process and the ways schools choose to begin.
Where a Partnership Starts
Every school has different needs. I step in where more perspective, experience or capacity would help most, whether that's reviewing an existing process, strengthening how recommendations get written, training a team or adding capacity to a counseling office through a busy season.
Listen to Your Team
Conversations with counselors, teachers and school leaders about what's working, where students and families feel gaps and where trust is built.
Review the Process
A close look at timelines, family communication and recommendation writing, so each student's strengths carry through to the final application.
Train and Build Resources
Workshops, templates and guides built around how your school already works, giving teachers and counselors time back.
Stay Alongside Your Team
Check-ins through the admissions season while new practices take hold.
The goal is to celebrate the work your school already does. I make it easier to see, easier to share and more useful to the teachers and counselors behind each student.
Partnership Options
Choose a starting point below to see how it works.
A collaborative look at how information moves through your school, from classroom feedback to the final recommendation, and how to strengthen it.
Training for the people who shape a family's experience: secondary school counselors, learning support staff and teachers writing recommendations or giving feedback during a student's final years. I show them how to turn years of knowing a student into a recommendation, a conversation or a decision that reflects who that student is.
Admissions and counseling work is nuanced, and new hires often arrive from a wide range of backgrounds without the same starting knowledge of its complexities. I offer an orientation to help onboard new hires, then work with them throughout their first year as they prepare for each milestone of the admissions cycle.
When outgoing families need extra attention, I step in as an extension of your team, giving families the dedicated guidance they need during your busiest season, without adding headcount.

Talk Through Your School's Needs
I bring together the work happening in every classroom, office and team, so each student's strengths and growth show up in their next steps.
